The TowerCares Foundation has provided over $4 million dollars to over 140 charitable organizations supporting active military, Veterans, and children in need since its inception in 2015.
The TowerCares Foundation made a special $70,000 donation to local food banks to help meet the increased need during the government shutdown. The Anne Arundel, Capital Area, Howard County, and Maryland Food Banks each received $15,000 from TowerCares; FISH of Laurel and the Fort Meade Spouses’ Club each received $5,000.

Hosted by the TowerCares Foundation, Tower Classic raised the highest amount in the event’s 42-year history, with all proceeds going to help critically ill children receiving care at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Over the years, the annual golf tournament has raised over $1.1 million to help local children in need.
New three-year partnership between the TowerCares Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Tower Federal Credit Union, and the UMBC Cybersecurity Institute will help support the Maryland region and educate and train the next generation of cybersecurity leaders and professionals.
